MCASA includes a legal division, SALI (the Sexual Assault Legal Institute), and a Program Division which includes training, technical assistance, and prevention designed to respond to and end sexual violence in the state of Maryland. MCASA’s Grants & Data Specialist provides internal coordination of the grant management for legal and other grants, data management and other fiscal support. They work closely with all senior staff. This is a full-time position that reports directly to MCASA’s Division Manager.

The Domestic and Sexual Violence Program Director is responsible for directing all aspects of operations in the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Programs, which include the 11-bed Safehouse and kennel, scattered site shelter, 24-hour hotline, and Court Advocacy Program. All programs serve individuals and families who are impacted by domestic/sexual violence. The Director oversees all administrative, operations, and client-related services offered within the programs. The Director is an integral member of the Client Services team and is responsible for supervising all staff in the program. In collaboration with other leadership team members of the agency, the Director actively participates in regional taskforces and community coordinated response teams to enhance and consolidate community responses to victims of domestic and sexual violence. Northwest Hospital’s Domestic Violence (DOVE) Program Social Worker provides individual and group counseling services to victims of domestic violence and their children. Work as part of a team of dedicated and passionate staff, in a trauma-responsive program. Position is Tuesday through Saturday with some evening hours and is grant-funded. Will require a strong knowledge of domestic violence, child development, and trauma and its emotional and physical impact, as well as appropriate therapy techniques. Requirements: Seasoned professional knowledge; Masters in Social Work or Counseling; knowledge in more than one discipline. Maryland LCSW-C or LCPC required . Three (3) to five (5) years experience.
