MNADV Event

Training: 9:00 am- 2:15 pm

(Optional) Yoga Practice: 2:15 pm- 3:30 pm

Every year, millions of people are impacted by trauma, whether personally experiencing a traumatic event or supporting someone that is suffering – it truly touches us all at some point in our lives. The body, often the site of trauma, is also where the pain, memories and symptoms manifest and live. Affecting all areas of human functioning, we know that trauma leaves a physical and emotional imprint on those impacted. When survivors practice trauma informed yoga, it helps them to reconnect to the mind, body and spirit in a safe way while learning how to heal using the inner resilience and resources they already have within them.
